GENERAL VESSELS is able to build pressure equipment according to the ASME, TEMA, VSR, VSG, AD-MERKBLATT, CODAP, EN 13445 codes, in accordance with 68 / 14UE and ATEX.


The competence acquired over the years has allowed us to be able to carry out projects and construction drawings required by the customer both in 2D and 3D format.


The materials we process are the most varied:

  • Carbon steels (ASTM A 105, ASTM A 694 F42-46-52-56-60-65-70)
  • Low temperature carbon steels (ASM A350 LF2)
  • Alloy steels (ASTM A 182 F11, F22, F5, F9, F91)

  • Nickel alloys resistant to corrosion and temperature (200/201, Alloy 400-600-625-800H-825-C22-59-C276)


Our qualified staff allows us to produce high quality welds covering any thickness and material.

The welds that we are able to carry out follow, according to the customer's requests, the various procedures GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW all qualified according to ASME and EN regulations.


We are able to comply internally with any request from the Customer such as:

  • PT Liquid Penetrant Test
  • MT Magnetic Test
  • UT Ultrasonic Test
  • RT Radiographic Test
  • PMI
  • Visual and dimensional Test
  • Hydrostatic Test


In order to menage a job we are also able to deal with any heat treatments, painting and packaging.


All the main test methods are performed in external laboratories accredited according to EN ISO 17025.
